Sometimes organization can make all the difference in whether or not we are successful, whether at work or study.get organized

Tips From Online Students

My online students tell me that this is one of the most important requirements for staying on track and successfully incorporating going back to school into their already busy lives. What works for one person may not work for everyone else, but here are some of the ideas my students have shared with me to help them stay organized for their classes:

1. Create a space dedicated to study so you can have what you need when it’s time to sit down at your desk.
2. Make a weekly list of all the things you need to accomplish.
3. Prioritize your list so you can complete things in the order they are due.
4. Make a notebook for each class you are taking and divide it into relevant sections.
5. Print your course syllabus and calendar and place them in the front of your notebook.
6. As you complete each item on your list, check it off; this is your reward – watching your list become completed.

List Makers

Many of us are list makers. I don’t know about you, but I could not live without my lists and would never accomplish all of my tasks each day or week without them. The list is my primary tool for keeping up and sometimes even getting ahead.

Do you have any organization tips to share?
