Live by the List

Whether you make your list on sticky notes and post them to your computer screen or refrigerator, keep a written list in a notebook, or you keep your list on your computer or your phone, making lists works!

If you have 10 things to accomplish in a day, make a list. As you complete one item, check it off – it feels great! At the end of the day, anything that you couldn’t get to that day should go to the top of the next day’s list – instant prioritizing. Repeat until all items are complete!

Schedule Your Time
