How is Your Online Netiquette?

We all have our pet peeves in life; I personally have several, but when it comes to online communication, to me nothing is worse than ALL CAPS! which screams disrespect and an overbearing attitude. The sad part is when people use this unknowingly, not realizing that it literally means “shouting” in Internet communication terms. So I try to be understanding when I realize this is the case; however, I find it very difficult at times.
