They can make all the difference in how I feel when I leave the doctor’s office. If I am sick when I go to the doctor, that last thing I need is for the doctor’s staff to be rude and hateful.

Personality Criteria

If I had my way, people who want to be in health care would have to pass a “good personality” test! I think one of the primary characteristics for a person in the health care field is to like people and have good people skills in general.
